Due to stage setup for the Taichung City Government event on April 23 at venues 4, 7, 8, and 12, the venue allocation for April 23 has been adjusted as follows: the original Venue 7 will be changed to Venue 1, Venue 8 will be changed to Venue 2, and Venue 12 will be changed to Venue 3.
